We are an international Management Consultancy, we specialize in Operations and Implementation, and we are currently recruiting. You will be flexible to work from Dallas to Delhi, on assignments for world leading businesses that generally last around 6 months, based at the premises of our clients. Skills and experience we are looking for: A good degree is essential, and relevant higher qualifications would be beneficial Skills that we would look to develop: Process Optimization, Six Sigma, Balanced Score Cards, Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing, Change Management, Training and Coaching, Project Management skills. You must be a highly effective communicator at all levels, able to work overseas for long periods, and hard working. The progression is rapid, both financially and professionally, for anyone able to prove themselves. Leadership and management experience in previous jobs would also be useful; we want people with the practical experience of business, rather than just the theory. Experience of Implementation consultancy would be useful The desire to travel, and the ability to spend long periods away from home, is essential.  

You will be: Working closely with clients at management and director level, you will advise and assist on the identification, development and implementation of projects in a very hands-on manner from the shop floor to the boardroom. Accurately analyse work processes, systems, organisational function and structures using interviews, observation, data and statistical analysis studies and techniques to determine where and how to generate measurable benefits. Lead teams within a specific area of the business in the design, development and on-the-floor installation of new systems and procedures in order to achieve committed operational and financial improvements. Train client individuals and taskforce members in the effective use of management systems, tools, techniques, group problem solving and team building and consensus development skills, to install the appropriate application of our methodology. Assume the appropriate roles of counsellor, facilitator, co-leader, presenter and/or trainer as required by the situation. Prepare written and oral feedback, presentation materials, critiques, systems documentation, process descriptions, evaluations, data summaries and reports using the appropriate company templates.
