Finding the right fit

Caturano and Company primarily draws from the talent pool at New England colleges and universities to form its workforce.  The company is “very selective regarding whom they make offers.”  It makes “great efforts to make sure [the hire] is the right fit to keep the great working environment.”  The firm’s main recruitment efforts go toward “select top accounting candidates from New England top accounting schools.”
