Gallup insiders highlight the flexibility and freedom they’re given in their jobs.  We’re told the firm’s culture is “entrepreneurial,” “performance-oriented,” “self-driven” and “strengths based,” with “no one micromanaging or watching over you.”  “You drive your growth and direction,” reports an associate.  A director explains, “We are very laissez-faire in the sense that everyone is treated like a responsible adult, capable of managing his or her work and career—with all of the freedom and responsibility that entails.”  Another higher-up notes that this “focus on strengths and positive psychology create a great environment.  The company is made up of smart, hard-driving and mission-oriented people who love what they do and enjoy working in teams.”  A principal adds that the firm has “always appreciated that we spend a lot of time at work” and “has always done a great job of creating fun and passion around work.  It makes it a great place to show up to every day.”
