Those who call themselves “Bainies” do so with a certain sense of pride: The recruitment process selects only the best of the best from the world’s top undergraduate, MBA, PhD, JD and MD programs, staffers say.  “The hiring process is incredibly competitive.  Typically, there is less than one slot for every 100 resumes received,” explains one source.  “Having said that, there are no strict cutoffs or specific work experiences required.  If you do very well in the case-based interviews, you will be seriously considered.”
