Alabama Law offers a fairly traditional curriculum, with a range of electives available to students after their first year. But, like the facilities, the curriculum is set for possible future expansion. Though graduates have gone on to jobs throughout the U.S., the majority work within the Southeast. The school's reputation within the state is unparalleled--the big firms from Birmingham regularly recruit from the school, and most Alabama judges and politicians have ties to the university.
