Typically two interview rounds

One recent hire says the interview process at Mattel included “two interviews—campus and Superday.”  Another source says, “Normally, there are two rounds of interviews before you are offered the position.  Luckily, I only had to go through one round, but that round took several hours.  I was interviewed by about five people.”

If you’re ready to make a full-time commitment to the company, just create a profile on the careers section of the Mattel website.  Mattel offers full medical, dental, life and accident insurance to its employees, as well as a retirement plan that provides 100 percent vesting after three years of employment.  The company also has an employee stock purchase plan and adoption assistance.  Nice extras include a fitness center and, last but not least, discount merchandise and toy-testing privileges for young family members of employees.
