Conservative culture

Several sources point to the "conservative," "stuffy" corporate culture, which one notes is "hierarchal and relatively slow-paced," though "employees are generally nice and have strong values and integrity."  One contact, on the other hand, felt isolated in the office, saying “I've found that some of the people who sit near me who are in different departments never say a word to me.”
