Just to name a few pros: >It is extremely affordable (I paid $400/month). >New York (and most of New England) is less than two hours away. >You are at one of the world's finest institutions, which has culture, arts, etc. to offer. Some cons: >There seemed to be a lot of cars getting stolen and once and a while a student that decided to walk home alone (late) was mugged. >Study rooms are sometimes hard to come by.
