Finding both internships and fulltime offers is challenging, just as it is at
most schools. Although the Career Management Center (CMC) is rated highly by the
Wall Street Journal, students are expected to utilize the resources of the CMC,
while also carrying out their own independant search. Placement rates at
graduation are high; however, the combined economic downturn and Babcock's small
class size (i.e. smaller candidate pool) has lead several attractive national
employers to remove Babcock from their recruiting lists since 9/11.
