Good neighborhood in Nashville. Housing..depends on the local economy--
vacancy rates. Rental rates should be cheaper than the bigger cities
such as Chicago, Boston so cost of living should also be cheaper. A lot
of facilities available in the area..hospital, supermarkets, shopping
malls. The university also offers a lot of activities for students--
football games, basketball (SEC Games). The area near the schoold was
relatively safe. Did not have any problems or heard any problems.
There is a decent gym for students. But need a car. Otherwise, it
will be difficult to go around.
