Extra-curricular activity was varied: sports, intramurals, wine tasting, a variety of clubs (marketing, finance, mgmt consulting, high tech), exchange programs and of most interest to me, the LEADER Program. This student run initiative is an annual program that sends approximately 50 MBA students to emerging regions to teach them about western business practices through the case study method. I spent one month in Lutsk, Ukraine and in my second year, I spent one month in Yekaterinburg, Russian teaching business executives who were clients of a local bank.
