The career placement office works hard to get its students placed.
There is
little coordination between the classes, professors, and staff with
regard to corporate relationships. Many classes lead by new faculty will have
difficulty finding corporate project sponsors, while other faculty members have
a
number of projects they are sitting on, and all the while the fundraising and
career placement offices have no idea what the supply/demand is for class
projects.
