Social Life Survey
MBA Having to survive through the tough first year. The only social life would be crunching numbers with the group at teammates' house or company's conference room. However, Marshall offers many corporate functions and receptions through out the year to increase interactions between the alums and current students. After-classes get together and post-exam celebrations take place at Radisson Hotel across the street or in bars on 23rd Street. There is also a bar that sells alcohol beverages within the walking distance. Greek system is more for the undergraduate students. Graduate students are encouraged to participate in different business clubs like American Finance Association, Marshall Management Consulting Club, and Global Executive Organization that sponsor industry round table events with elite industry leaders. Life after 1st year and summer intern is much relaxed. Students get every opportunity to network within the core and among the cores of the class. Many private parties are thrown outside of the classroom through out the year. Overall, a balanced of business and pleasure consider Marshall's top ranking.
