The situation seems to be improving with the economy. I have 3 consulting offers already by December. There were lots of companies recruiting for Marketing and Finance this year. Besides, there are several off-campus opportunities posted on the Career Opportunity System (COS). Career center arranges several mock interviews for practice to students. These sessions are taped and critiqued by officers at career center. Several one-on-one counseling and resume review sessions available. USC has one of the biggest Alumni network in US. School has developed a marketing team to build its brand equity and in result, recruiters have started identifying the quality of students. For Consulting, I recall BCG, D&T, KSA, E&Y, KPMG, PRTM and McKinsey etc interviewing the students for full-time positions this year.
