The School has an interview-by-invitation-only policy. Every application goes through at least 4 reviews by the admissions staff. Application requires you to complete 3-4 essays that might slightly change every year. Average GMAT is around 684-690. My interview with the admissions director was mostly behavioral. They look for enthusiasm, intelligence and passion in candidates. The School is proud of its people. Admissions directors also travel to different countries to interview candidates. I also interviewed at another top-20 school across town(easy guess) and found the process a little unstructured and the people a little rough. Marshall School is ranked 17th in US and I believe it is still undervalued.
