I wrote about 3 essays. From what I was told, a student committee would also read my essays. I think the school main criteria for entrance was the GMAT score. You could have tons of work experience, great essays and great recommendations, but if you did not have a great GMAT score, you would not be accepted into the 1 year full time program. They told me I did not even have to interview in person, it was my option. I did interview in person; to me, it did not seem like they cared about the interview if I did not have a high GMAT score. However, I know of at least one student who was in the one-year program with a very low GMAT score; wouldn't you know, her mother is a friend of the Director of Admissions.
