My GPA was as low as you could probably go, but my GMAT rocked. I had some good essays and great work experience, so I guess it worked out. The recruitment process was a little too automated with no face to face interview. For this reason, I think the best thing you can do is score high and make sure all the other pieces fall into place. Overall they get some good diversity in, so make sure ot illustrate why you are different.
