Full-time MBA program Philadelphia is a nice city. The Penn campus provided a lot, most grad students lived off campus in Center City and could walk, bicycle or take a quick bus ride to campus (10-20 minutes). Some neighborhoods at the time closer to campus were a bit scary and there were always a handful of crime incidents each year. But the cost of living was very low compared to studying in New York City. Our rent for a 4 bedroom brownstone was around $1500 total and we could have had 5 people sharing the house instead of 4. Campus now has many new buildings & is much nicer than the years I was there. So, housing, campus, facilities, and dining are great, with a few crime & safety issues that are under control.
