Top career resources, interview rooms etc. All the leading companies recruit at Wharton and I found that getting an internship and full time job offer to be very easy. Grades matter little in recruiting and in fact offical policy is that recruiters can't ask students to disclose grades. Also a very supportive environment for students who wants to start businesses instead of pursuing traditional careers, with Business Plan Competitions, a strong Snyder Entreprenuerial Center, a Small Business Development Center that offers free consulting to student ventures, and great entreprenuership classes like Ian McMillan's Venture Initiation class.
