I thought the quality of life was great. Of course, I was pre-disposed
to Notre Dame due to family ties to the University. I also began the
program when I was 21, having completed my undergrad courses in three
years. Notre Dame is very much an under-graduate oriented institution.
Also, Indiana is Indiana. But, I was an East Coast snob before heading
west on I-90 and arriving in South Bend. And I think some of the better
parts of Indiana did rub off on me. The campus is gorgeous and the
relatively new (1995) business school building is top notch. Of course,
football is a very special part of life...hopefully, the team improves.
