Org Behavior is not a focus to take if you are purely money motivated. The MBA
has almost become a liability because hiring managers have a certain image of
the
expectations, ambitions and behaviors of a person with an MBA. Those of us who
do not meet the image seem to confuse those who hold sterotypes dear. Doing a
job at the level of excellence seems not to be enough--people expect the MBA to
want more. It's hard to live up to those expectations, and I find myself
consistently labeled as "overqualified" for the positions I want.
