Bschool students live either amongst other grad students farther away, or , if you want to live within walking distance, amidst the undergrads. Some people rent houses with other MBA's--lots of options. Overall--very safe, great place to go to school, the dean is upgrading facilities a lot, great technology--completely wired & online. Lots of meeting space. Very community-oriented environment.
