On campus housing is mainly for incoming freshman. But there are plenty
of apartments near by. Parking is not much of a problem since they have
added quite a few new garages and all parking is within a half a mile of
where ever you need to be. There are also shuttle busses that run very
regular schedules for those who don't wish to walk. The neighborhoods of
Coral Gables are the some of the most expensive housing in Miami. Crime
on campus is very low. Its very well lit, lots of
