The University of Miami has an online application that is easy to use,
below is a link for the application. The application process is pretty
easy, you just have to get the required information sent to the
university as you complete it (essay, transcripts, etc). A decision is
given within 2 weeks. If your GMAT scores are above a 650 you may be
eligible for a graduate assistantship, apply early if you are interested
in this option! Some assistantships pay up to 75% of tuition. Below

New students are admitted to programs starting in the Fall semester
(August) and Spring semester (January). Decisions for admission are made
on a rolling basis until the programs are closed. International
applicants whose native language is not English or who did not earn an
undergraduate degree from an English-speaking institution must submit a
minimum TOEFL score of 213 (computer-based) or 550 (paper-based). A GMAT
score is required of all applicants.
