Recruiters recently ranked the Robert H. Smith School of Business 19th. The
school has well established ties with many of the area's top employers, including
Booz Allen Hamilton, Washington Post, and LMI. The school also has ties to New
York City, with firms such as Goldman Sachs.
The career office is constantly strengthening these ties and developing new
ones. They go the extra mile to prepare students for interviews, as well as to
get them the interviews. The business school recently built a career library
that is stocked with resources about salaries, industries and companies. It is
staffed by a knowledgable career advisor and houses around 10 computers.
