The admissions process is quite typical of many programs. It can be
done online or through the mail and costs something like $35 to apply.
It consists of the usual personal information and employment history and
a copy of your resume. The interview process is behavioral based and
focuses on accomplishments. They are big into answering questions
through the PAR process (Problem, Action, Results). In the essays, they
look for proficiency and creativity. Since the program is smaller, they
seek diversity and you have an even greater chance of being accepted
than many other schools if you are a minority, woman, or from a less
represented area (such as Idaho)
