Denver is a very easy city to fall into... and be comfortable. Housing
market starting to improve but is overinflated. Renting costs have
fallen as vacancy rate climbs about 11%. Campus is beautiful and
safe. Students have a great view of the snow capped mountains from the
College's commons. Denver is a very active city with lots of
bike/running path and parks. Many great hiking trails within 15 min of
campus. Public transport works, and is improving with more light rail
throughout the city.
