Career office is a core part of the program. They start from the day 1 (yes,
from the orientation) and teach students to get through the corporate recruiting
process. All the best corporations, investment banks, and consulting firms
interview on and off campus. 99% of my classmates in 2001 landed jobs. I have to
mention, that two years later about 50% of them faced recession and had to
change
jobs, but it has nothing to do with Chicago By the way, the career office does
not leave alumni out, and they help a lot with career transition. Alumni network
is very valuable.
