The admission process consists of personal essays, an interview, 2
letters of recommendation and GMAT scores are required. The essays vary
every year and two are general essays on a life experience or showing
your personality and one essay covers a purpose for attending the school
and the need for an MBA. Getting in is easier when you make an effort to

current student who recommend on admitting the student or declining the
offer. The final decision is made by the dean of admissions who takes
the demographics of the class into account. Selectivity is around 20%
and acceptance rates amoung admitted students is about 70%.
