Admission & Application Survey
Full-time MBA program STAFF: Very friendly and interactive personnel in the admissions office. They really make themselves available to applicants. ADMISSIONS PROCESS: Interviews are strongly encouraged. As always, it's important to do your homework, so you can answer the following questions: 1) Why will is attending an MBA program the best move for you? Why now? 2) Why Chicago, as opposed to other top programs? Where else are you applying and why? 3) How will you make use of your Chicago education in the future? 4) What will you do if you are not admitted? OTHER TIPS: Reach out to current students or recent alumni to find out the latest issues on campus. They will help you understand how Chicago is different from other schools. Make sure that all of your applicant materials (essays, activities list, recommendations, interviews, etc.) create a coherent picture of one applicant. Address your weaknesses. Everyone has them, and most hide them.
