Reasonably standard application form for top schools, although the focus
was on several smaller essays rather than just one or two longer ones.
Interview (usually with a current student) is critical to do and an
important part of the process. Need to explain why you've been
successful in your career to date, talk about how the GSB fits in with
your career goals, and how you can contribute to the school. Good
undergrad GPA and good GMATs also important. Admissions process is a
holistic evaluation -- no one factor has a hard and fast cutoff but
rather candidates are evaluated as a "package."
