Essays, GMAT, Recommendation letters and Interview are considered for determining quality of application. Each application goes through 3 reads: 1 from a current student, 1 by the admissions staff and 1 by the dean of admissions. All feedback is written and kept separate so that the other reader cannot read it. The dean of admissions reviews feedback forms and application.
