Pac 10 Sports. Amazing cultural diversity. A true "work hard, play hard" culture. Students seem quite grounded, motivated, and many appear exceptional enough to excel academically, professionally, and socially without appearing to be overwhelmed. The small size of the program is both a bonus and a challenge. On the one hand you know everyone, and it is a tight knit group. The small size does present some difficulty for small interest groups. For example, we have a very strong Non-Profit Management program with very dedicated students and faculty. However, due to the size of the program, you cannot offer a wide range of electives at multiple times/days in every discipline.
