I found on campus recruiting very helpful, but I must admit that there is a
perception that the majority of on campus interview and job opportunities go to
about 1/4 of the class, and that career switchers face significant challenges.
Changes have been made to encourage recruiters to open additional slots to open
bidding by students, and this has relieved some of this problem.
In addition to more focused efforts by the career center, Finance and
Biotech/Pharma students have been increasingly successful lately.
