The process is made more difficult by the fact that the format differs
so much from the essays at other schools, but this gives everyone an
opportunity to express their individuality. I would encourage
applicants to take risks and speak honestly about themselves. From
what I understand, attempting to tell them "what you think they want to
hear" is an ineffective strategy.
