Housing is inexpensive. Campus facilities are new. Although Tucson is
one of the top locations for auto theft, no one I know of in the past
couple years has had their car stolen. Sunshine 300 days a year help
keep a smile on your face 300 days a year. Dining is not comparable to
larger cities, but there are enough fine dining establishments around
town. This is due more in part because Tucson is a retirement
community and also a winter getaway destination.
