The huge negative for the EMBA program is that those unsponsored students such
as myself were unable to participate in on-campus recruiting, alumni networking,
and the career resource center. An absolutely silly rule which made my career
steps far more difficult than necessary, especially since Tulane made it clear to
me and my classmates that unsponsored students would be allowed to use the career
resource center, etc.
For this reason alone, I have not donated a penny to Tulane because all of my
work efforts have been a result of my own doing. Personally, it's not what you
know but who you know that normally lands a job. Tulane was sorely inadequate in
this particular area.
