Housing was offered on campus and offered all amenities. Cable, a/c,
heat. Each room came equipped with a bed, desk, chair, shelves,
bathroom usually attached to another room, and full internet ports.
With housing, one had to register for the meal plan which offered
different quantities of meals per week. One could register for
different plans. The meals tended to be pretty good with a grill, pasta
bar, yogurt and fruit selection, salad bar, entrees, pizza, and deli
sandwiches.
The campus is well-maintained in terms of the lawns and flowers and
horticulture. There are fields for playing rugby, soccer etc. There are
rugby and soccer teams as well as clubs that include ultimate frisbee,
tennis, yoga etc. There are tennis courts on campus. The campus has a
gym with weights and aerobic machines. There is an outdoor swimming pool
and a YMCA that is right next door to campus with a fuller workout
facility and classes. Thunderbird is in a safe area of Glendale, AZ.
The campus has good security and students that live off campus tend to
live right across the street. The school has printing facilities on
campus as well as a bookstore, mail room, fully- resourced library, and
computer labs. It also has an executive education facility with an
executive inn where people can rent rooms.
