The admissions process focuses on the basic MBA criteria of GMAT, Toefl
(if applicable) grades and work experience. The sucessfull T-bird grad
has to be strong in all of these areas but addittionally have
international experience and passions. All students at Thunderbird have
lived or worked outside of the U.S. at some point and almost everyone is
fluent in at least one language outside of English. In your essays
emphasize your ambitions for an international career and how you could
add to the diversity of Thunderbird. Make sure you convey your open
mindedness and cross-cultural sensitiviites.
