Admission & Application Survey |
| Full-time MBA |
The admission process was standard. I sent away for the materials and
talked with the admissions office. After I received the paperwork, I
sent it in, there was a due date, but also rolling admission.
Thunderbird was very prompt to return a reply. I was accepted about a
month after applying. There is heavy emphasis on past international
experiences as well as speaking more than one language. Those are ideal
candidates. Also, GMAT scores have become increasingly more important in
the process. There is an option of a phone interview or a campus visit,
but none of this is mandatory. Requirements for being accepted have
become increasingly more stringent. The minimum GMAT score has
increased as has the number of years of work experience. The school is
more selective in who it chooses as its attendees.
