I played club lacrosse while attending A&M and thus my afternoons and
most weekends were spent playing lacrosse. We traveled around the state
and to the New Orleans area playing other club teams in our
association. The lacrosse team servied as my main social group as we
spent a lot of time together on the weekends traveling. At the time the
greek system was just starting to develop at A&M and there was no
significant night life area such as is found around the University of
Texas in Austin.
