Most of Strayer University's students are full time working
professionals mostly ranging in age from mid 20s and up and attend
school part time. Therefore there is not a heavy emphasis on social
life at this college. However, Strayer University's campuses are
conveniently located in areas of high social activity such as
Washington, D.C., Alexandria, and VA, Arlington, VA. There are a few
organizations, such as the Accounting club and Society for Human
Resource Management.
