The admission process was tougher I than expected. The key to a
successful interview is value, and not necessarily grades or scores.
Cox is small community that values diversity, whether it is cultural
backgrounds or various professional backgrounds. The admission staff is
look for quality students with great academic background like every
other school, but one key distinction is looking for candidates that
have unique vales to add to the program and therefore add to the
overall MBA experience.
