Fantastic. Winter Park is a great town just outside of Orlando. The
campus is absolutely beautiful with a lakefront setting and a very
large swimming pool. Classrooms have laptop connections at each seat
and almost all assignments are given and submitted via email or other
electronic medium (and this was in '94). Each student is issued a new
laptop upon enrollment. Housing is reasonable, especially if you get a
roommate. The bigger apartments are between 3-6 miles from campus.
Smaller, inexpensive housing is available withing walking distance, but
it's tiny. Virtually no crime in the immediate area. Lots of shops,
restaurants, and bars on the main street next to campus. And of course
Orlando and all it's tourist attractions are right next door.
