The admission process consists of several written essays; 10-15 years
work experience (+5 in management), reference letters and an interview.
The essays are pretty standard for MBA programmes and dealt with
leadership, professional objectives, a biography with triumphs and
failures, and your personal ability to manage diversity. The focus of
the programme is global management and managing diversity. It is
important to keep this in mind when applying and use you personal
experiences, both in and out of the work environment, to demonstrate
your ability to succeed in an international setting.
