McGill graduate students have access to an on campus watering-hole
called the Thompson House. Every Thursday night, MBA students gather
to blow-off steam, relieve stress, socialize, and sample a variety of
beers brewed locally and around the world.
In addition to the Thompson House, the MBA student council and graduate
student association goes to great efforts to plan weekend activites to
get the students out and enjoy the city and it's surroundings, like a
trips to Quebec City, Ottawa, sugar shacks in the spring, ski trips,
etc... The social life at McGill and the quality of life in Montreal
are two of the best features of the school.
