Admission & Application Survey |
| Full-Time MBA program |
Admission process to McGill MBA Program is fairly standard: application
forms, essays, GMAT, TOEFL (if applicable). Two reference letters are
required to be sent separately by the referers. McGill did not conduct
interviews when I applied, that is in 2001, and I guess the process has
not changed. This gives a sort of advantage to foreign students who may
be less talkative in English - at the application phase - than native
speakers. Not surprisingly, a significant of the class is international
(roughtly 50%).
Another important detail is a preconceived superstition that classes are
not taught in English, due to the location of the university. Please
note, that language of instruction at the MBA Program and the whole
McGill University is entirely English.
