Work exprience certainly helps but if you've got very good GMAT and GPA from your undergraduate, you will have a fair chance. The downside of this is that you will find some students in the class don't have much practical sense about the real world and business. But they do add a bit diversity and some of them can be quite entertaining. Normally there is no interview. A good essay is required.
