Very competitive, although it depends on the profile of the applicant
(for foreing students, Asians suffer more competition than Latin
Americans).
The key point is to convince the admission officers why MIT-Sloan is for
you and what you can contribute with. That way, essays play a key role.
Nowadays, the admission process is preformed entirely online (except the
interview), so its easy from a bureaucratic point of view (no need for
official transcripts until the interview).
