Interviews are by (untrained) alumni, so they are looking for
personal/INSEAD fit to some extent, characterized by smartness, and
outgoing personality.
Foreign language requirements are serious (you will not graduate without
them), but the language test required for matriculation can be
(unofficially) postponed until term has started.
